Why the Capital Gains Tax Should Be Abolished - Six Reasons

I wish this was taught in basic finance classes given to new (and old) congressmen each year. They ought to have to take continuing education credits, much like a CPA does, since they are the ones who write the tax code. I know, I know... we're talking about the US Congress who already know everything there is to now. After all, why should they be subject to the same rigorous testing that an actual CPA must go through? Makes too much sense.
